How do I earn points?

You can earn points through eligible purchases, creating an account, selected social actions, birthday rewards and referrals shown in the Drop Club panel.
When do I receive my points?

Points from purchases are added after an eligible order is placed. Some actions may appear in your account after they are completed through the Drop Club panel.
How do I redeem points?

Open the Drop Club panel, log in to your account and choose an available reward. The reward can then be used on a future eligible order.
Do points expire?

Points expiry will be shown inside the Drop Club panel if applicable. We recommend checking your account regularly for your current points balance and available rewards.
Can I use points with discount codes?

Rewards may not be combinable with other discount codes, promotions or sale items. Available options will be shown at checkout or inside the Drop Club panel.
